We serve the entire state of Colorado with high-quality real estate media.
Listings within a 30 mile radius of our office (Highlands Ranch, CO) will not have any travel fee. Any listing outside of the 30 mile radius will incur a travel fee. Have a question? Send us a message >>
Scheduling
To ensure that we stay on schedule, it is important that the house is prepared for the shoot when the photographer arrives. Failure to do so may result in the need to reschedule and incur an additional travel fee.
Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule the photo shoot, we require at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise an $65 cancellation fee will be charged.
Permission
You authorize Johnson Creative Team, Inc entry onto the property to take photographs and/or video footage, and promise to indemnify and defend Johnson Creative Team, Inc against any claims that may arise from our services.
Invoices
After the images and/or videos have been edited, you will receive an invoice for the services completed. Once payment is complete, you will be granted access to your listing media.
Matterport
Matterport scans are held for a maximum of 6 months, after which Johnson Creative Team, Inc. cannot guarantee continued hosting due to server limitations.
Photography/Video
Our standard photo/video shoot includes the front and back exterior, as well as major rooms such as the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, and bedrooms. Please let us know if you have any specific requests for other areas. We do not move furniture or provide staging, and we cannot edit out items from the video.
Delivery
We deliver all photography orders within 24 hours after the shoot is complete. Any shoots completed on the weekend will be delivered the following Monday. Videos will be delivered within 48 hours after the shoot is complete.
Want a change to your video? We offer one complimentary edit--just send us a message and we'll get it changed for you. Additional edits may incur a $65 editing fee.
We film all of our video in 4k. All music used with our videos (excluding trending-audio) is fully licensed.
