You authorize Johnson Creative Team, Inc. to enter the property to take photographs and/or video footage and agree to indemnify and defend Johnson Creative Team, Inc. against any claims that may arise from our services.

All orders must be paid in full before we arrive on-site. If any add-ons are requested during the shoot, an updated invoice will be created and must be paid before accessing the media. After 15 days of non-payment, a late fee of $25 per month will be assessed. If there is a balance on your account that is over 45 days outstanding, we will freeze all assets and pause the ordering process until the balance has been paid. After 90 days of non-payment, we will send the account to collections.

Our team will shoot on days with inclement weather (rain, snow, wind) unless there is a risk of damage to equipment. If there is a risk of damage to equipment, we will reach out with rescheduling options.

If aerial photos are ordered in a location with FAA restrictions, we will make every effort to obtain the necessary authorizations before the scheduled appointment. If we cannot secure authorization, we will contact you regarding available options. Johnson Creative Team is not liable for any denied FAA approvals.

A $45 fee (not including travel fees) will be charged for any return visits to the property when Johnson Creative Team is not at fault. This includes, but is not limited to, situations such as: no key in the lockbox, incorrect or missing lockbox code, request for sign installation on a different day than the photoshoot, or failure to provide gate or alarm codes.

We do not guarantee a specific number of community photos. Johnson Creative Team reserves the right to reuse neighborhood photos and resell them as "Stock Community Photos," as they are sold with usage rights, not ownership rights. Customers must specify the location of desired community photos in the notes on the order form. Our photographers will not search for neighborhood amenities without directions and will not trespass. Permission and access must be granted for each requested area. We will not photograph neighborhood pools/spas with people present or schools without written authorization from a school representative.

You (the client) are expected to have accurately entered or communicated all pertinent information at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to update incorrect information and adjust the pricing of the order to accurately reflect the order (e.g., if the client enters that the property is 1,200 square feet but it is actually 2,400 square feet). We reserve the right to refuse service.

Matterport scans are held for a maximum of 6 months, after which Johnson Creative Team, Inc. cannot guarantee continued hosting due to server limitations.

Custom website domains are registered for 1 year. If you would like to renew the custom website domain after one year, please reach out to us.

For orders with virtual staging, all rooms must be free of furniture. If furniture is present in the room, an advanced editing fee will be incurred.

Our standard photo/video shoots include the front and back exterior, as well as major rooms such as the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, and other bedrooms. Please let us know if you have any specific requests for other areas. We do not move furniture or provide staging, and we cannot edit out items from the video. Color accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and minor imperfections may be present.

Appointments delayed by over thirty minutes will incur a rescheduling fee. In cases where our team has another appointment at the scheduled shoot's conclusion, they will be obligated to leave. If the project remains incomplete, rescheduling will be necessary, and the agent assumes full responsibility for any delays. If we are not able to gain access to the property within 15 minutes of arriving, the shoot will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

If your order is canceled for any reason, we will issue a credit for the total amount paid, which can be applied to a future order. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Sign/post installation carries inherent risks. You are responsible for marking the desired location of the post. If no location is marked, we will make a good faith effort to install the post safely. You must inform us of any specific HOA rules regarding sign/post installations. Johnson Creative Team assumes NO LIABILITY for any damage and will not reimburse the homeowner, HOA, or you for any expenses, damages, or repairs (including but not limited to water bills, plumber bills, and landscaping).

Note: Colorado811 ( is a free service that marks buried utility lines (power, gas, water lines, telephone, and television cable).

You must notify Johnson Creative Team when the listing closes so we can schedule the pick-up of the sign/post and lockbox. A removal request can be submitted via our website form or email. We strive to remove the sign/post on the requested day, but in some cases might need 2-3 additional business days to complete the request. Customers may not remove the sign/post and lockbox themselves. If we are unable to recover our post or lockboxes for any reason, including loss, theft, or irreparable damage, an $85 (for sign post) or $55 (for lockbox) replacement fee will be charged.

Although we track your sign inventory, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure we have enough signs to fulfill all orders. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your inventory while at the listed property.

Johnson Creative Team is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from the use of our lockboxes. Each lockbox is rigorously tested and confirmed to be in 100% working order before being placed on the property. You are responsibility for ensuring the security of the lockbox code. If the code needs to changed, there will be $45 go back out fee. By using our lockboxes, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We deliver photography, floor plans, and 3D tour content the following day (next day by 5 pm at the latest) after the shoot is complete. Any photography shoots completed on Saturday will be delivered the following Monday. Videos will be delivered within 48 hours after the shoot is complete.
